Save the date cards

Send these out as soon as you have decided to tie the knot, so that you can make sure that all the people you want to come can make it.

A6 (105mm x 148mm) single sided cards, supplied with matching high quality envelopes.

Wedding invitations

Send these out at least 7-12 weeks before your wedding, giving your guests plenty of time to reply and for you to make the necessary arrangements.

DL folded card. When folded it is 99mm x 210mm. The outer card is a 300gsm heavy quality card. The inner sheet (where specified) with your wording printed on, is a lighter weight 160gam card.

Flat cards (where specified) are a single sided card measuring 99mm x 210mm with no fold. Not available in the Doo It Yourself range.

Evening invitations

To invite guests to your evening celebrations. Send these out at the same time as your main invitations.

RSVP Cards

Convenient for you guests, ensuring a speedy reply. Enables you to collect specific information on dietary requirements, favourite songs etc. To be sent out with the invitations.

95mm x 148mm single sided cards, supplied with matching blank white envelope. Perfect to slip into the back of a day or evening invitation.

Orders of service or order of the day

An outlined programme for a church service or outline of proceedings for a civil ceremony. Often kept as a memento, can include extra detials such as the timings for the rest of the day.

Menus

To enhance your table decoration. DL folded card when folded it is 99mm x 219mm, (where specified) details are printed inside on a 160gsm lighter stock card, with details of courses, buffet, childrens menu or wine list. One per person or a few on one table.

The first insert page inside is the title page, then the menu details are positioned on the following double page spread.

Name place cards

Not just an indication of where to sit, but an essential part of the table dressing too.

Folded landscape cards, supplied blank or with your guests names (see prices), 90mm x 45 high. Not available in the Doo It Yourself range.

Table plans

A professionally finished print which can be supplied rolled for framing, laminated or mounted. Beautifully presented, clear and easy for your guests to read. Available in every design to match the rest of your stationery. All table plans are designed with your guests names as lists.

We have a range of table plan formats to suit various budgets and venues. All are of a superb quality, printed and finished to professional exhibition standards. All are available to match your wedding stationery design. Below are the standard sizes that we do, if you have a frame you would like us to use let us know the size and we will give you a quote for an appropriate sized table plan.

The sizes that we offer are:

A2 (594mm x 420mm)
A1 (840mm x 594mm)

Both sizes can either be supplied rolled in a tube for framing, mounted on 2mm card or 3mm foamex board. Additional lamination gives extra protection. Not available in the Doo It Yourself range.

Table number or name card

A great addition to your tables. Completes the seating arrangements making it easy for your guests to find their places.
