Terms and Conditions

• All designs are copyright of The Doo Ltd

• As orders are personalised to each individual customer refunds and exchanges are only made if the order is found to be faulty or does not meet the order specifications. This does not effect your statutory rights.

• Payment is made in full at time of placing order, or a minimum payment of 20% of the order is needed before a proof is made. The 20% is non refundable. If a customer who has paid in full decides to cancel their order after receiving a proof but before sign off, 80% of the order value will be refunded to the client. It is advised that the client has a free sample before ordering. The full balance is required before the order is printed or despatched.

• Proofs are supplied free of charge. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all proofs are correct. We will send you a proof which then has to be approved by signature by the client and returned in the post to us before printing can begin and the order completed. Before the client makes the final sign off for the order to be printed additional proofs are also free of charge if amends are needed. The client can also approve their order/proof by email.
The Doo will print off a copy of the email approval from the client and keep it for our records. The Doo cannot be held responsible for any mistakes noticed after the proof has been signed off or email confirmation/approval has been given. The client will be charged for any printing done after this point.

• The Doo Ltd only accepts UK Pound Sterling.

• See our current price list for delivery and handling costs. A signature will be required on delivery for security purposes.

• Express Service. A 48 hour express service is available at an additional cost of £50. We will despatch your order within 48 hours (not including weekends and Bank Holidays) after the proof has been signed off and payment has been made and funds cleared. The Express Service is subject to our acceptance when the order is first placed, the client will be informed of acceptance before any payment is taken.

• Colours of the designs shown on the website and in the brochure may vary slightly from the colours on the actual product. It is advised that the client orders samples before placing a full order.

• By placing an order the client agrees to our terms and conditions.

• English law applies to all matters arising from our stationery service.

• The Doo Ltd reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions at any time.
